Caroline Cook

Caroline Cook got her start at the renowned recording studio Tequila Mockingbird in Austin, Texas. During her time at the studio, Caroline helped produce several national radio and television ads, including campaigns for McDonalds, Sonic and Southwest Airlines. After working with Tequila Mockingbird, Caroline began working with actor and comedian Amy Poehler in Los Angeles, serving as her right-hand woman and executive assistant. Her work with Poehler included two Golden Globe awards (both of which Poehler hosted), two Emmy Awards, two seasons of NBC's Parks and Recreation and Comedy Central's hit television show Broad City (exec. produced by Poehler). Caroline also served as associate producer for Poehler's Youtube channel, Smart Girls at the Party, which focuses on empowering young women. Caroline's experience in the ad and film industries led to her writing and producing original content for companies such as the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater, Elite Daily, YouTube, AfterEllen, Honey and TxDot. In 2017, Caroline joined forces with business partner and life partner Rebekah Wood to create a company that helps all businesses, no matter how small. Caroline is the Creative Director at Red Cactus Media, overseeing all content, branding, production and all things creative.

Rebekah Wood

Rebekah is our Chief Executive Officer & a born and bred Austinite. After graduating from UT Austin with a degree in International Business, Rebekah moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in the entertainment industry. She took on 3 internships at once: Viacom, Rat Pac Entertainment and Plan B Production Company. From there, Rebekah had the opportunity to work alongside top film score composers John Williams, Thomas Newman and Michael Giacchino (among others) at the Gorfaine/Schwartz Agency. After several years at the Gorfaine/Schwartz Agency, Rebekah was promoted to Marketing Manager at the agency's sister company, Film Concerts Live! It was there that Rebekah got her chops in digital & print advertising, digital marketing, social media management and production coordination for live orchestral shows all over the world. In 2017, Rebekah decided to take the skills she acquired in Los Angeles and use them for the good - helping new and upcoming companies in her hometown to get on the map. Staying true to her degree, Rebekah remains passionate about traveling and plans to take Red Cactus Media all over the world, wherever her next adventure takes her.
